Job Description / Skills Required:
• Should have a good understanding of given quality model/framework such as CMMi, ITIL, 6-Sigma.
• Ability to perform independent verification & validation of process and project artifacts based on requirements of model/organization processes both from an INTENT (semantic) and LETTER (syntactic) perspective.
• Ability to rationalize non-conformance in the form of trends, suggest remedial actions, help practitioners with corrective actions.
• Ability to communicate with senior management.
• 2-3 yr of experience in a similar position
