Tata Communications - Voice NOC Engineer

Job Description / Skills Required:
• Operational knowledge & hands on experience of TDM/ VOIP switches like DMS 100, CS2K , AXE 810
• Knowledge of C7 signaling and connectivity with national and international operators .
• Knowledge of traffic routing change implementation
• Analysis of C7 ISUP & Fault analysis
• VOICE troubleshooting basic & experience of Global Technical Support
• Network Service Level Performance Monitoring
